Our youngest homebred Hanvorian mare Sagan has reached maturity and is now in foal to Rotspon for May, 2014! This true black beauty is preparing to be backed in the fall, and is working lightly in hand and on a longe line in preparation for her riding debut. The 'breed then break lightly' philosophy has served us well, allowing the mares to have a first foal while young and healthy - proving themselves as broodmares for the future, and keeping their work to a slow, safe pace as their bodies mature. The combination of this DeNiro - Donnerhall - World Cup I line mare and the Rubinstein son (pictured below in Germany), known for his athleticism, temperament and ridability should be exceptional.
